NOTICE OF GATEWAY MARIETTA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ELECTION
NOTICE IS GIVEN as provided in the COBB COUNTY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS ACT, Ga. L. 1985, p. 4009, as amended (the “Act”), that a Caucus of Electors of the Gateway Marietta Community Improvement District (“CID”) shall be held on March 17, 2026, at One Parkway Center, 1850 Parkway Place, Suite 520, Marietta, GA 30067. A purpose of the Caucus is to elect Board members to serve in Posts 3 & 6 on the CID Board. Registration for the election shall be held from 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Voting will occur immediately after every Elector who has arrived for registration by 11:45 a.m. has registered. A map of the CID and a list of properties included are on file with the City of Marietta and the Cobb County Tax Commissioner. All Electors as designated under the Act are invited to attend and cast their votes.
